Project 2000 reinstalls after office 2003 is loaded

Hi,

We just upgraded some pc's from Office XP to Office 2003. We did a full
install where everything is "run from my comouter" including tools from 2003.
Now when the user goes to use Project 2000 which was already installed,
Project is looking for install.msi, which is on a locked down server so the
user is stuck until a tech can login for them.

Any ideas why Project is looking to reinstall? Also, seems to happen with VB
studio
