Hi there,
I am using Project 2000 to implement a strategic plan so the tasks I have
entered included goals and strategies that actually require no action but
need to be included in Project to give the actions context. I have
differentiated the goals and strategies from the tasks using milestones and
summary tasks. However, when I go to use workgroup email to communicate with
others involved in the project, the emails:
a) send milestones and summary tasks which actually require no action
b) the individual tasks include no reference to the goals and strategies to
which they are related - they mean little when they are not in context.
How do I do I workgroup email that does not include milestones and summary
tasks and how do I ensure that the tasks that are sent include reference to
the milestone/summary task to which they are related?
