Project 2002 Report

Greetings to my favorite people. Again I need your
assistance to resolve the followings:

1. How do I resolve my resource usage not showing
accurate data. For instance I have someone slated for two
hours on one day and it shows him as being over allocated.
Even though the person is not listed elsewhere.

2. When I enter time in hours under work. My days shows a
mixture of decimal and whole days. How do I get MS Project
to be consistent and show 2hrs as.25d.

3. How do I set up a report to show resource usage in
weeks and a separate one in months (two separate reports).
Currently I only see the present week.

Any assistance provided will be appreciated. have a nice
day.

For your 1st point, please see FAQ Item: 34 Overallocation Occurring In
Less Than One Day. FAQs, companion products and other useful Project
information can be seen at this web address: http://www.mvps.org/project/

For your second point, try Tools/Options.../Schedule tab and for Work and/or
Duration, select Hours or whatever.
