Project 2003 add-in problem

I'm trying to configure the Project 2003 add-in for Outlook 2003.
The mpsaddin.exe add-in installed ok & I can access the Project web access
home page through the tools menu.

The problem I'm having is when I try to import new assignments or update web
access (both of these are invoked through the tools menu) I get an error
message "Login Failed"

I have my Project users setup to use the windows account. I've tried to use
a project server account without success.

Please help!!!!
