Project 2003 integration with the Fab40 WSS 3.0 Templates

Hi - we are using Project 2003 and WSS 3.0. We recently installed the
Project Tracker Workspace that Microsoft developed. In the deliverables
section of the site it says that it can be linked with Project Professional -
yet I am having a hard time getting that done.

Is there somewhere in Project that I enable this connection?

Note: this is not Project Web Server - this is WSS 3.0. Thanks for your
help.
