Project 2003 Resource loading

W

Woody

We currently have 10 projects going in our office and 25 team members so each
team member works on multiple projects. Each Project Manager has a
SharePoint site for their individual project where they keep track of their
schedules.

We need to be able to get a report that shows the resource allocations for
the entire 25 people so that we can assess availability and see if some
people are over allocated and others under utilized.

How do you consolidate resource allocation from all projects into one spot?

Will this work when the project schedules are in SharePoint?

Hi,

Do files in sharepoint have a "normal" address? If yes, you can link them to
a pool on any server they can "see" and that can "see" them.

The files are linked from our shared server so they are normal docs and can
be seen in both places
