Project and Outlook tasks

Hi there, if I am using Project 2007 I see some existing posts that say I can
set reminders (in Outlook) - but do I have to also be using Project Server?

Also can I set reminders in Outlook just for myself or for other colleagues
also?

Hello EJB,

The set reminder works without Project server. You'll need to have
accurate email addresses for the resources in the project file. Then
simply select the task, click the Set reminder button to send the task
to the resource's task list in Outlook 2007.
