Where can I get online training and tutorials for Project 2003. I need to
start with the most basic stuff and build. I'm reviewing everything available
on the MS Office Website, but I need a start up program.

Careful! Only believe about half of what you read on the MS Office
website. Seriously.

As for learning how to use Project, the best, quickest way is to take
a class. If you decide to do so, avoid the many "pushbutton" classes
out there, where the instructor learned enough about Project from
reading a book to try to teach a class. Find someone with some sort of
PM background, who understands CPM theory, and who's actually used the
software to schedule a project. Simply by asking, "How do you see
scheduling fitting in with the other disciplines of PM?", you can
eliminate the turkeys.

If you can't take a class, there are quite a few online courses
availble. Mike Glen, who is very active in the group, offers some. And
Mike knows PM. I'm sure there are others as well.
