Project Server 2003 Installed, now what

Okay I followed the document on how to install, looks like I got it
installed and did a synce on the user from AD to get in Project
Server....now what....there is not much documenation taht I can find that
says what to do next....it explains the securiyt and stuff....I don't quite
understand that all...but looking for samples on bringing a project,
assigning users and all that stuff.

I know about this link and site but what am I to do now....there is no
process or explaination of what to do now that the Project Server has been
setup. Steps on adding a project and "Starting to use it"
I also don't see much reference to installation of SharePoint Server.
Am I missing something?

For an in-depth discussion on the installation of and use of Project Server
2002, you might try "Implementing Enterprise Portfolio Management with
Microsoft Project Server 2002" by Gary Chefetz. Although the Project Server
2003 version of the book is not yet ready, I believe you will find the
Project Server 2002 book to be very helpful.
