Project Server Database Conversion Costs/Effort

My office is using Project Server 2003. We need to budget for our conversion
to Project Server 2007. Can someone give me an idea of the effort and or
costs to do the database conversion tasks for this? We need to develop a
proper budget before we can proceed with project.

Hi John,
There is no way anyone would even give guidance (watch me be proved wrong on
this!) until they have seen your 2003 deployment. Depending on the number of
resources/projects/admin projects, custom fields, custom code, split
databases etc you could talk fo 1 day effort to multiple weeks.
