Project Server - Executive Summary

Hello,

We've installed Project Server 2003 with the hopes that the executives will
be able to to see an overview of all projects (in progress and in the
pipeline), and their status.

Does anyone know of a good method, or report available in Project Server
2003 that will accomplish this for us? Or at least give us a starting
point?

I would recommend that you create one or more Project Center views that
include columns of data specifically relevant to your executives. Hope this
helps.

I have some of these views created but I need to get a memo type text
field in a project center view. This memo text field needs to be able
to be added to various Project Center Views. Can this be done?

f it can not be done on the MSP side, can you use the Windows
Sharepoint Side on the subsite and bring a field and contents over to a
Project Center view?

Is there any way that I can change the colors of the bars on the Gantt
Chart?

Create custom Gantt bar formats in PWA and then include the custom format in
the custom Views you create. Hope this helps.
