Project server login from Project 2002 Professional

i am trying to have a client using Project Pro 2002
connect to a Windows 2003 Project srever and he is getting
an error about account logins and non-managed time
settings.

I looked at the admin server settings and he has the
correct login, and the Time period in "Customize PWA" is
set to " Non-managed time setting", so i am not sure what
the issue is.

can anyone help?
