project server suitability

Hi there,
I have a query about the different version of project. We have 3 users
currently using project standard 2007 but are looking to have about 10 more
depending on different projects using it at different times - some projects
will only have 5 people, others will have 10 people.

Which version should they use - 10 copies of Project standard which would
need to be moved to / from their workstations depending on whether or not
they need it for the specific job/project ? or does the Server Web access
allow up to 10 simultaneous users be connected? or is it also 10 specific
users or devices?

Thanks for any help on understanding this.

Hoi,

With Project Server you will need Project Server PLUS 10 copies of Project
Professional - and they will not have simultaneous read/write access to the
project files. No software will provide simultaneous read write access.
Project Server does provide much additional functionbut it is absolutely,
definitely, not a cheaper solution.
