Project team resource/project workspace

How can you automatically pull all the resouce names from the project team
resouce list in project to the project sharepoint workspace user and group
without task assignment.? The reason for this is that I want every resource
on the team to be able to visit the project workspace regardless if that
resource is assigned to the task. There will be times when they need to
visit the site for general information.
