Project Web Access Remaining Hours

When a resource(1) updates their task to 0 Remaining Hours in PWA and there
are other resources(2) for the same task with Remaining Hours, the task
remains open on resource(1)'s time sheet.
How do I get the task to fall off resource(1)'s time sheet?
