Dear All
Trying to use project in diary style for a weekly event, where arrival times
and finishing times are key. How do i set this up in project to reflect this?

Mark,
If by "arrival" and "finishing" times you mean that you want to see the
time as well as the date in the Start and Finish fields, then go to
Tools/Options/View tab and select a date format that includes the time.
