Prompt to add shortcut to Outlook Bar

When I create a folder, how do I get the prompt dialog box
that asks if I want to add a shortcut to my Outlook Bar to
appear? (I had previously checked the option not to prompt
me anymore.)

I use Outlook 2000.

You might be happier with Folder View instead of Outlook Bar. It's much more useful. Look up Outlook Bar in Outlook Help.
