Protected Storage System Provider does not exist

I am running Outlook 2000 on Win XP Home, and the password will not save...

I have gone into the registry to fix the problem, as I have been sucessfully able to do on other computers. However, on this computer, the Protected Storage System Provider folder does not exist.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks.
