PST encryption algorithm

Hi,

We are evaluating the strength of the "High encryption" option
available for PST/OST files.

1. Does anybody know what algorithm it uses and how the keys are
protected?

2. Could a "high-encrypted" PST file be copied and opened by another
user on another computer?
