PST Maintenance (Tool)

I have a pst file that has about 4 years worth of
information.

Is there a utility out there that will scan the original
pst file, and based on the dates I select for the range
it will create a new pst file for only that date range(s)?

Why not open the PST file and start to ARCHIVE items, that
way you could ARCHIVE a year, month, etc,etc...
