What version of Publisher files are you trying to open?

Are the Publisher files on your local hard drive?

Have you got that garbage/rubbish/trash Norton installed?

Well if you UN-install/REmove the garbage trash junk rubbish Norton
Antivirus you will have no problems.

Get yourself a decent antivirus program like My e-trust or one of those.
