I have been using Publisher 2000 without problem since buying Office 2000 in
1999. However, I have just found that most of the template wizard
(letterheading and the like) will not load - just get a messge saying that
Publisher could not complete the operation. I have also found that I can not
update personal information and if I use a document containing my personal
information I geta message saying that personal information could not be
saved because of lack of memory (I have 1 GB of RAM. and use Windows XP Home)
I uninstalled Disk 2 of Office and them reloaded - at that point Publisher
2000 worked fine but when i redownloaded the Office security updates the same
problems appeared.
Can anyone please suggest the cause anf solution
