why doe`s a later version not work with publisher 2000 example publisher can
not open this file it is not a publisher file.( witch it is. ) any ideas.

Publisher 2000 will not open Publisher documents that were created in 2002, 03
and 07.
If you have a later version of Publisher and are trying to open a 2000 file,
Norton anti-virus software may be interfering.
