publisher 2003 colour matching

I have a document made with Publisher 2003. When I print it however, the
colours come out much darker.

Whenever I print from Adobe applications, such as InDesign or Photoshop I
can select different printer profiles and display a colour proof on my
monitor for profiles, so I can judge what the colour will be like when
printed.

Is there a way of doing this in Publisher 2003?
