Publisher 2003 - Headings / Sub headings

Hi

I am really new to Publisher.

I have used the navigation bar to create some " heading buttons" to link "
Home", "About Us" etc.

Can I create sub headings so that if I click on "Products" a range of
"buttons" appear listing the products etc.
