Publisher 2007 backward compatibility

Can you open Publisher 2002 files in the 2007 version? I am wondering
whether I should upgrade. Also, does Microsoft have Publisher program for
the Mac?

Yes, Yes and No.

Publisher 2007 opens Publisher 2002 files, and saves in that format too,
so you can open your Publisher 2007 files in Publisher 2002.

You should upgrade.

There is no Mac version of Publisher, although I'd assume that Intel
Macs will run Publisher under Parallels (if you want to buy me an Intel
Mac and a copy of Parallels to try with, contact me offline).
