Publisher 2007 toolbars

Interesting. I have just migrated from Office 2003 to Office 2007.
Publisher 2007 seems to look more like Publisher 2003 than like any of the
Office 2007 applications. Do I just not have it configured correctly?
There is no Office Button or QAT in Publisher 2007. It seems to have the
same pull-down menus and same toolbars as Publisher 2003.

Is that correct??

Okay, that's all I needed to know. Wonder why Publisher operates
differently from all the other Office 2007 applications? I certainly like
the familiar toolbars instead of the ribbon, but it's strange to me that
this one application would be left in the 2003 format and none of the other.
Am I the only one who thinks it's strange???

The main Outlook window, Visio, and OneNote among others have also stuck
with the traditional UI for now. Implementing an entirely new UI from
scratch is not a task to be taken lightly; it was evidently not as high
a priority for the peripheral applications as for the "core" applications.
