How do I add pages to an existing calendar? Under help it says to go to
format, then "change template", but my program only allows "apply new
template". If I do this, then I have to create a new calendar and move a lot
of content, or I have to re-do the customizations that are on the original
calendar.

Click *Change Template* on the Format Publication task pane, using the calendar
choice you already have on the screen, click Set Calendar Dates, change the date
range. The query about time click yes, ok out, in the next screen select
*Apply template to current publication*

I don't have the ability to click *Change Template*. When I go to the Format
Publication task pane, it only shows *Apply a Template*. If I do this, then I
have to create a new calendar and move a lot of content, or I have to re-do
the customizations that are on the original calendar.

Are you sure you have the drop down menu open. It will be the Quick Publication
Options menu.

Go to tools, options, un-check *Show Publication Types when starting
Publisher.* Close Publisher, re-open. Is the Change Template available?

I had the drop down menu open. It was on the Publication Options menu.

I went to tools, options, un-checked *Show Publication Types when starting
Publisher.* I closed Publisher and re-opened. Change Template is still not
available, only Apply a Template on the Format Publication Menu/Publications
Options.

Are you sure you are running Publisher 2007?

It should look like the following screenshot:

Yes, I am sure that I am running Publisher 2007 (I checked just now to see if
I was crazy) and no, my screen doesn't look like your picture. I wish I
could send you a picture. Let me see if I can describe this: Format
Publication, then Page Options, then Color Schemes, tnen Font Schemes, then
"Publication Options", not "Quick Publication Options" as shown on your
screen. When you open that menu, the only options are "Apply a Template" and
"Change Page Size".

Ok...it was just a thought.

The screen shot is the way my copy of Pub2007 looks.
I have no idea why yours is different.

If I go to...Help / About...mine says:

Microsoft Office 2007 (12.0.6423.1000) SP2 MSO (12.0.6425.1000)
Part of Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007
