Publisher 2K, how do you move pages in a document

I am building a website in Publisher 2K (as my client has
that and wants to be able to their own updates etc.). If
I have 10 pages in the document, how can I reorder them?
It will let me delete but there seems to be no way just to
move pages.

If they are going to be web pages, hyperlinks determine how one looks at the pages,
re-ordering them isn't as important as how you handle the hyperlinks.

my memory of 2000 may fail me, but can't you just go to the status bar, pick
the page, and the drag and drop the page to a new place in the order. i know
this works in xp and 2003, and thought it did in 2000 as well.
