That's hard to say based on the drearth of information that you have
supplied. You must open the file in some version of Microsoft Publisher.

If you don't have a Publisher version you can try extracting the text. File,
Open, Files of type, All text formats.

If you have images you need in the file I will convert the file to your version
of Word. The format will change but all the elements will be there.
