Is there a way to save information in publisher 2003 from
one calendar month to the next. i.e. Every Tuesday has
the same activity. Every Thursday has the same activity
at the same time. Is there a way to save that
information and transfer to the next month without
recreating that info.

Yep - it's called copy and paste.

Use the MERGE feature, it is excellent way of doing what you want.
