Publisher can't save to the web

Keep getting an error message that Publisher can't save the file to the web,
tells me to check the URL or my internet connection. I have done this
repeatedly, internet connection is good, URL is accurate. I have not where
to look for the problem. Can anyone help. Could this be a host problem?

A couple of things have been found to cause this issue. One is having objects on a
page in your publication that straddles both the document area and the scratch area.
And Publisher can't determine if the object is to be coded in the web page or not.
All objects must be clearly on the page or off the page (scratch area). The second
possibility is a permissions issue on the server, so check with your host support.
The most common permission issue is that the host server doesn't allow Publisher to
create a directory, which v.2002/2003 will do if the sub-folder option is on. A
work-around is to just turn the sub-folder option off under Tools, Options.

This is from the following URL, more help available.

Thank you Mary. my site is up, thought you'd like to know, the host server
hadn't given enough disk space, clue was emails bouncing back. Thank you for
your efforts.
