Publisher - How do I delete the text boxes and not the text?

I have prepare a publisher flyer which I will be sending out in a group
e-mail. The view of the flyer shows the text boxes as well as the text. How
can I delete the text boxes only and not the text. This is the first time I
am using publisher.

The text box boundary will not print unless you have put a border around it.
Have you looked at print preview?
Go to view, clear boundaries and guides, you will see how the flyer will look
when printed.

The text boxes are containers for text, deleting the box deletes the text.

The boundaries and guides are shown on screen to help you work, you can turn
them off on your machine by going to View > Boundaries and Guides. This
will not affect your document's appearance on the recipient's computer, as
their view settings are not controlled by yours.

I would suggest converting to PDF - this flattens the layout so that things
are fixed in place and appear as they do when printed. This can be done
with free applications such as PrimoPDF from www.primopdf.com

You can do a 'format, text box' and make sure that under line (and to the
right of color) it reads, 'no line'. As long as you have the text in the box,
you will not have a border around the box. Give this a try.
