Publisher template is not visible

Hello,

I am working with a template from the microsoft office website. My problem
is the background colours and borders are NOT visible! My co-worker has no
issues loading and using any of the microsoft templates, but no matter what I
do, they will not show up on mine.

Someone has suggested they may not be showing up b/c of my CMYK settings..

Help is appreciated! I'm working on a deadline.

What sort of printer are you using? Is it a color printer? What is the template?
Can you apply a color scheme?

Hi Mary,

The issue is not with the printer...

The template is a newsletter template from the microsoft website. When I use
the template, the background colours and borders do not show up, but they
print to pdf and hardcopy fine..

I'm using CMYK settings, and publisher 2003.

I'd really appreciate your help.

Do you have detailed display enabled in View, pictures?
Maybe it is your video/graphics driver.
