Publishing Templates don't show up in Word 2008 any more

I used to using the publishing layout where there were a bunch of fun templates. I had word 2008 transferred to my new Mac BTW. So, I don't remember if it was from then on as I did not use the publishing layout on my new mac..

When I click Publishing it welcomes me to the publishing layout view. When I click okay I go to a blank page that I can work. However, when I click PUBLICATION TEMPLATES, a thin blue meaningless header appears without any templates. In other words no design templates are longer available. I just have to futz with the standard blank page. What happened to the designer publishing templates that used to show up?

Do you still have a Templates folder in your Office folder?
