No, Publisher does not have a trading card template. You will have to create
your own, or do a search at http://beta.search.msn.com/ for a trading card
template.

This would be simple to do with Publisher. If you have a trading card, simply
recreate the basic look on your computer. Typically a trading card is about 3" x 5".
You could get several on each page. Let us know what information you are trying to
put on the card and maybe someone can come up with some ideas for you.
