Publisher templates for yearbooks?

We are working on creating a yearbook layout for an elementary school. We
have Microsoft publisher as our preferred tool but were wondering if there
are any pre-made templtes to help us. We are all volunteers without much
experience.

There are no such templates of which I know.

You can create a simple single-photo template, and then copy it for all
students that you have stored in a database, using the Catalog Merge in
Publisher 2003.
