Publisher - transparent text box

I want the print in the text box to show over another text box. The underlying box will have gray print and look like a background. The text box acts almost like a .wmf picture file. How do I get the text box white to be transparent?

Use the background (Master Page) feature, Ctrl+m. Under view on the toolbar.

Select the Text Frame and press Ctrl+T
