Publisher wizards not installed

We have Office 2003 installed, however, some of the Publisher publication
wizards are not installed. We tried to reinstall Publisher to eliminate this
problem, and when prompted we entered the Office 2003 product key which is
considered invalid. Is our only solution to this problem to reinstall Office
in its entirety?

Do you have Visual Basic installed?

Are you getting an error message when you use your product key?

I do not think Publisher is part of OFICE 2003 and hence should have a
product key of its own.
Have you tried the one on the Publisher CD.

Publisher is included with Office 2003 Professional and Office 2003 Small
Business Edition, but not Office 2003 Standard. When it is included from
the Office 2003 product CDs, the Office 2003 product key should work.
