I am trying to build a website in Publisher 2003. I wnat to require people
to register at the website when they want to access some of the information.
How do I add the form and the link?

Look to your web host for how to create password protected directories or
folders. The process varies, but is usually described in the support section
or the FAQs. Then upload the content that you want password protected to
those subfolders.

And if you use Publisher forms, you must use HTTP uploading protocol.
