How do I add a page border to a publisher blank publication that I have
already started. So far, have added some text in text boxes and some clip
art. Can't find how to add a page border to the entire page?

A clipart border?

If you want BorderArt, create a rectangle around your page, while the rectangle
is selected, click lines, more lines, BorderArt. Send the BorderArt to the back.
