publishing from website to remote (computer)

I am trying to publish from the server (my ISP) to my
computer Base and after a while this the message appears.
(In front page 2003) the server sent a response wich
frontpage could not parse if you are trying to connect to
a window share point server, check with server
administrator to make sure window sharepoint services is
installed properly.
