Hi,
I have created a Project in MS-Project, created tasks for team members and
published it to Project Server 2007.
My Team members are not able to see task in their My Task page.
Need help..urgent..

Hi DJ,

Can you provide me further information? Have you assigned this to
Enterprise Resources (tools - build team from enterprise) / has the Project
Plan been published successfully (File - Publish), are there any errors in
the Queue (PWA - Server Settings - Manage Queue).

The more information that you can provide, the better......

Hi Dharmesh,
I have built the team from "Tools-> Build Team from Enterprise" and project
has been published successfully.
As an Project owner I am able to see all tasks, but my team members are not
able to see their individual tasks.

Thanks..

Hi DJ,

So, everything you have done so far is right. Can you please verify that
the assignment owner for each resource is actually the resource. (via the
resource centre)

Also, when viewing the My Tasks page, click on the options and make sure
that Current Tasks is unchecked.

Finally, in the project, insert the Publish field, and make sure all the
values are set to Yes.

In addition to Ben's excellent response, you should also do the following:

1. Open the project in Project Professional 2007.
2. Click Tools - Build Team from Enterprise.
3. In the list of team members on the right, make sure the Booking value is
set to Committed.
4. If the Booking value is set to Proposed for each team member, set the
value to Committed and then click the OK button.
5. If you did step #4 above, save and republish your project.

Let us know if this helps.
