Querying Projects for a list

Hi,

Is it possible to query the MS Project Serevr to list all projects which did
not have any activity after a certain date and in which all resources are
proposed not committed.

Directing me to the general query process will be helpful.

Sure, but this question is better asked in the server newsgroup:
microsoft.public.project.server

This newsgroup is dedicated to questions/issues with the standalone
desktop installation of Project.
