Question about uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook 2002

I have had a problem with Outlook 2002 that I have not been able to resolve
or get help on, so I am thinking I probably need to uninstall it and
reinstall it. Since it is a possibility that the problem might be in one of
the settings, I don't want to restore back all the settings, but I would like
to keep the settings for my email accounts and the email in my folders.

I will be very greatful if someone can give me a step by step tutorial on
how to save those things and then do a proper uninstall if there is anything
beyond just using the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs option.
