Question for FrontPage 98

What should I do if the computer pops up "... you're
currently using FrontPage 98, FrontPage 2000 is
available. To configure these extension, contact server
extensions administrator or internet service manager",
when I am trying to a download to upgrade FrontPage 98?

Could you be a little more specific as to
what you're trying to download and from where??
