QUESTION: Printing Odd/Even??

Steve

Word gives an option, at print time, to print odd/even pages... I don't see
such a choice in Publisher 2002.

How can I print all the even pages... turn the paper over and then print all
the odd pages????

Thanks in advance,
Steve

Hi Sylvia,

Good thought! I looked but my printer (Canon F30 MultiPass) doesn't give me
that choice.

Hi Mary,

Finally got a chance to try out the KB article... it works but it doesn't
work for my project. My project is actually a booklet... 8.5" x 11" sheet,
running landscape. So side 1 of my PHYSICAL page 1 is LOGICAL page 64 on
left, page 1 on right... turning it over is page 2 on left and page 63 on
right... and so on through out the document...

I want to print all the PHYSICAL "odd" pages, turn the pack over and print
the PHYSICAL "even"... the 294748 macro DID print the odd pages and then the
even... but it did NOT recognize the booklet's left/right pages correctly.

Any other ideas???
Thanks in advance
Steve

Hi again...

Did as you said and it was no different than before... it printed all the
odd and even "numerically" and leaving 1/2 of each page blank... wasn't even
close to a "booklet" format... so I went to TOOLS / MACRO / MACROS and
DELETE to remove that (my only) macro.

Now... even tho there is NO macro in my Publisher document... it still asks
about enable/disable every time I open that document. How do I get rid of
the "macro start-up" window altogether (now that no macros are present)...
it's annoying!

Thanks in advance,
Steve
