Questions about Excel

Tracy

I am trying to incorporate an excel sheet into a word document. I am using "paste special" but when the sheet is pasted, it takes up 2 pages. I need it on one page

I tried printing out the sheet as an excel file but I need a page number on the final printout. I cannot seem to find a way to do this. I was trying this as an alternative to the above stated problem

Please help me.

You can put a footer with a page number into an Excel worksheet.

Tracy, if you used paste special to paste your Excel spreadsheet as an Excel
object, you can right-click it and select Format Object. On the Size tab,
lock the aspect ratio and scale the object down until it fits.

You can also insert a section break and turn the selected pages sideway
(landscape) if that helps
