quicklinks when opening/saving Office docs

Some time ago I downloaded a patch for Office that allowed you to add your own quicklinks in the open or save window
For example, by default you are presnted with "Desktop", "My Documents", etc. With this patch, I was able to add other links at will
After several job changes and PC's, I don't have it anymore, but I still rememebr how useful it was
Has anyone seen it?

I think there was one at www.wopr.com

And maybe at microsoft.com in the Office/downloads for Office 2000
