My office has a MS network with XP and 2000 workstations. Everyone is
currently using Outlook Express for email and collect mail from our ISP
using a POP3 setup.
At end of day on a Monday the Outlook Express for one user was fine.
The next day when the computer was turned on and OEX opened there was a
bunch of folders and email messages under the Inbox. These messages
belong to another user and appear to be old.
Has anyone seen anything like this? I am trying to figure out how
these messages got in there. We use desktop monitoring software that
logs emails, IM, screen shots, etc. Upon review of this I don't see
anything that explains how these emails got in there.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Teresa
